How long is my rental for?
4 days. But we do offer extended rentals, so please get in touch via our contact page if you require this option.
When do I need to order my rental?
Using the calendar tool, please select a day 2 days before you require your rental. For example, if you need your rental on Saturday, please select Thursday as the start day. If you require your rental on Monday or Tuesday, please select Friday as your start day.
Does my 50% deposit for renting a bag get refunded?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit upon checkout. Once the bag is safely returned to us, after your rental period, the deposit will be refunded. If the bag incurs any damage in your care, you will not receive a refund.
When do I receive my rental?
You will receive your rental 2-3 days prior to your event.
When do I need to return my garment?
The next working day after your event. For example if your rental is on Saturday, you will need to post it back to us by Monday.
What happens if I can't return my rental the next working day after my event?
Please contact us ASAP if you have issues with returning your garment. If you do not communicate with us and your rental is late, you will incur a $20 per day fee, for every day it is late.
How do I return my garment?
Please pack up the garment and all additional packaging received with your rental, in the provided return bag. You will need to take your returns package to your nearest NZ Post and hand over to the NZ Post employee to activate the tracking.
When is the latest I can order an outfit for rental?
We prefer one weeks notice to rent out our garments to organise courier delivery. But please contact us directly if you need a fit last minute.
Do I need to dry-clean the garment before returning?
No! We do that for you. So please don't try and remove stains yourself, otherwise you could incur a damage fee.
What if I accidentally damage the garment?
You are responsible to pay the total damage cost. This will be assessed on return to us. However, if the garment is damaged beyond repair, you will be required to pay the full RRP of the garment. For more on this, please see our terms and conditions.
What if the outfit arrives and it doesn't suit me? Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if an outfit doesn't suit and we ask you to choose carefully. We have tried to show each garment on different sized models to give women a rough idea on what to expect.
Do you offer try ons or postal try ons?
We currently offer instore try ons. Postal Try ons are closed for the month of December, but will resume in January.
Do you allow pick ups?
Yes we do and we are currently based in Onehunga, Auckland. Please select the 'Pick Up' option at checkout and the full address details will be sent to you once your order is confirmed.
Do you rent our garments over the Christmas/NY period?
Yes we do! Out last day for rental orders is the 22nd December and garments are required to be returned on the 4th January. Please do not send rentals back to us before the 4th January as our office will be unattended. Late fees apply for any rentals not returned on the 4th January.
What happens if my rental is affected by a COVID-19 lockdown?
All bookings affected will be eligible for a store credit ONLY. Please refer to our refund policy page for more details.
