Choose a date

Using our calendar, select a date a few days prior to your event. This will be the day your rental is sent out.

For example if your event is on Saturday, select the start date as Wednesday.

If you select Friday as your start date, your garment should arrive on Monday. Weekend start dates are sent the next working day, Monday. 

The rental period is for either 4 days or 8 days and you are required to send back your garment the next working day after your event. Any late returns will incur a $20 per day fee, for every day it is late.

For bag rentals, a 50% deposit is required. The deposit fee will be refunded upon return, given no damage has occurred. Any damage to the bag and the fee will not be refunded.

Return

Following your event, you are required to return your rental on the next working day. The courier bag your rental came in, can be re-used for your return. Alternatively, you are able to use any courier bag of your choosing, as a paid postage label is included in your rental package.

DO NOT launder or dry clean your rental please, we take care of that upon return to Love & Lend. 

Please drop your returns package off to to your nearest NZ Post. You will need to hand over to an NZ Post employee, as they will need to scan the package to activate the tracking.

Love & Lend will take care of all the cleaning and this is built in to the rental cost.

However, we still ask you to take care of our garments as if they were your own.

Any stains or rips that require professional drycleaning or mending will incur fees.
