Step 1: Check the garment you want to try on is available for your event date. Please then contact us before booking a postal try on to see if the garment(s) are available on your preferred date. We will then get back to you within 2 working days to let you know if they're available and when we can send them out.
We do recommend you booking the garment for your event date as well, so you don't miss out.
THIS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR RURAL ORDERS
Step 2: Postal Try-ons are only available on Monday's. This is so we can ensure garments get back to us on time for weekend rentals. Rentals are our priority and your postal try-on could be cancelled if they get booked. If the garments in your postal try on do become unavailable, we will contact you immediately.
Note: You will only be able to select up to 3 garments. Shipping is additional and is added at checkout.
Step 3: Once your postal try-on's package arrives, you have one night to decide if it's right for you. Don't forget to book it in if you love it!
Step 4: You are required to return your postal try-ons the next working day after you receive it. Ie, you receive it on Monday, you will need to return it Tuesday morning. An overnight return bag will be included in the shipping cost.
Guidelines for postal try ons
Please take extra care when trying on our garments and make sure your skin is clean and free from fragrances and makeup. This will ensure the item is in ready-to-wear condition when it is returned to us.
If there are any stains, odours or signs of wear, extra fees may be incurred.
If you do keep the garment(s) longer than the agreed period, we reserve the right to charge you full price of the rental to your payment source an additional $20 per day thereafter that the the garment(s) is not returned back to us. Please see our T&C's for full terms and extra fees.
